When does the 21 Day Summer Strength Challenge start and when can I access my workouts until?
The challenge is open for presale from Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
The challenge will be live from Monday, July 10, 2023 and will run until July 30, 2023.
You will have access to all the group content including all the workouts, warm up and recovery video until August 4, 2023.
The workouts will be uploaded into your online PowerAbs portal after August 4, 2023

When will the workouts take place?
- The workouts will be live in the private Facebook group. Specific time to be announced. All times are Eastern Time (USA) Monday through Friday - unless otherwise noted.
- Saturday and Sunday will be rest days.
- If you are unable to join live the workouts, the workouts will be saved in the group until the end of the challenge so you can catch up as you are able.
Are these new workouts?
Yes! These are all new workouts exclusive to the 21 Day Summer Strength Challenge.
What equipment will I need for this challenge?
You will need a set of dumbbells for the challenge as the workouts will vary between bodyweight and weighted movements.
Weight for dumbbells used should be moderate to heavy and be challenging for each individual.
Bands will also be introduced into a few days. We recommend the Valor Fitness Bands.
Will this be included in membership?
Unless otherwise noted, challenges are not included in memberships.

Is nutrition included with this challenge?
There is no specific guidance for this challenge however we recommend eating more veggies and lean protein and cutting out sugar and alcohol and drinking approximately 2L of water for the best results!

Where can I access my workouts?
The live workouts will be streamed in the exclusive Facebook group. All workouts will be saved and available for the duration of the challenge.
Each day the previous workout will be pinned to the top of the group. This will be replaced by the next workout once this has concluded but all workouts will remain available until August 4, 2023.
Will the group close?
Yes! The group will close on August 4, 2023.
