Could I do PHIIT and Low Impact PHIIT in one session?
We do recommend only doing one at a time! If you have done at least one full round of PHIIT, then you could do level 2 PHIIT combined with level 1 Low Impact PHIIT. -
Does this program still involve lunges and squats?
Yes, the program still includes these movements but takes out any jumping! -
How does this program compare to other cardio exercises such as biking?
When you do the ten minutes, you push yourself hard and this will cause you to continue to burn calories for up to 48 hours after. Plus since it is full body and works your muscles, they have to rebuild themselves which burns additional calories! -
Level one is bodyweight only and level two will use a set of dumbbells at a weight that feels light for your current level of fitness ability.

Low Impact PHIIT is a true low impact workout with different moves, different rep schemes, will get the heart rate up and uses light weights for Level 2 only.
