Yes! You can combine the programs! -
Is this included in Kari Pearce on Demand and the VIP Club?
Yes! This program can be accessed with your subscription to either Kari Pearce on Demand or the Kari Pearce Health and Wellness VIP Club. -
This will be a high intensity program, it has two levels and both will use a set of dumbbells! Some jumping movements are included but you can always follow the modifications provided or modify based on your comfort level and ability.

Yes! The program will have exercises for pelvic floor. -
Will this membership offer videos to help heal Diastasis Recti?
It is not recommended to begin our programs, including PHIIT Mom prior to healing any possible Diastasis Recti because intense exercise can make your ab separation worse. Please consult with your doctor prior to beginning any of our programs.
