Low Impact PHIIT is a true low impact workout with different moves, different rep schemes, will get the heart rate up and uses light weights for Level 2 only.
This is similar to the PHIIT program without the jumping.
PHIIT Strength is designed to build your strength and muscles while Super PHIIT is the most intense program that we have. It is a combination of cardio and strength training as it also uses dumbbells for both levels.
