Once purchased you will gain access to our online portal where you will find you programs. Each day includes a demonstration video, a workout video and a written description of each workout!
Although we do not currently have an App, we do have some easier ways of accessing the programs. You can set up so that the log in is on your home screen on your Apple Device (iPhone/iPad). First, you will have to go to www.powerabs.shop/account. Once you are there, you will see a box with an arrow pointing out of it on the bottom center of the screen. Click on that!
After you click on that, a variety of options will pop up. Choose the option: Add To Your Home Screen. Your phone will allow you to name what you would like this "app" to be called. Once you click Add, it will appear on your home screen! Every time you click on this, it will bring you to the log in page to access your amazing PowerAbs Programs!
For Androids, you will have to go to www.powerabs.shop/account. Once you are there, tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner). Once the menu opens up, choose Add to Home Screen. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen. Every time you click on this, it will bring you to the log in page to access your amazing PowerAbs Programs! Also, you are able to access the programs on a Smart TV! If you are able to search the web on your TV, you can type in powerabs.shop/account into Google and it will bring you into our log in page! From there, just type in your log in information and you are all set! Finally, we recommend bookmarking the website to your browser for easy access! This way, whenever you log onto your browser, you will simply have to click on the PowerAbs site, and you can log right in! The instructions on how to add a bookmark are different for each device - I recommend doing a quick google search on how to add a bookmark if you don't already know!
