Some of the common reasons that members are not able to log in are:
- An incorrect email address is being used to log into the account
- Logging into the incorrect platform, this should be https://powerabs.shop
- Auto-saving or copy and pasting your email address into the log in bar with incorrect spaces before the email address
- You have not yet activated your account, following creation of the account you will receive a link asking you to “Activate your account” this step must be completed before you are able to log in.
