I cannot see my new purchase in my account?

Our programmes are all linked to the email used at purchase and this will need to be the email you have created your account with on the portal to see that program.

If you use a different email address to purchase different programs these will be in separate accounts.

You may have set up your account using an incorrect email address and your program is not linked to that email address therefore you cannot see it in the portal.

Check the email address you are logging in with for typos including spaces at the beginning of the email address, especially if this has been autosaved.
